Orders are shipped from our Michigan warehouse Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been shipped.

To check your order status:

  • • Sign in to your account.
  • • Under "Order Status", select "View Past" and "Pending Orders."
  • • From here, you can view order details, track your order(s).

All ground orders should arrive in approximately 3-7 business days. Your options:

  • • UPS 3 Day Select
  • • UPS 2nd Day AIR
  • • UPS Next Day AIR

  • • FedEx Ground (5-7 business days)
  • • FedEx 2Day
  • • FedEx Standard Overnight
  • • Provide your own FedEx Account

Holidays will be excluded within ground delivery dates. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
We can expedite your order per your request. Please let us know if you have other shipping requests.
